PNZ300 Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-18-2 Metal Can packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 50V. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 50V. The current in a photodiode is 100pA even when there is no light input.
