PNZ330CL Overview


Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-18 small packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 30V in continuous reverse-bias mode. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 30V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 100pA.
