PS398CSEEX Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 8:1. A electrical component with 1 channels is capable of high-quality output. The multiplexer consists of 1 circuits. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with PS398. It has an internal resistance of 100Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 15V to the switch device in normal circumstances. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 3V. The switch device would be able to operate with 1μA current. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 8V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 3V should be attached. It can operate from 5V operating voltages. The electrical component supports 8 inputs. An output of 1 is provided by the digital multiplexer. Suppliers offer a 16-SOIC package.
