In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 32V in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. It is possible for the photodiodes within a circuit to release 150mW heat. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. Photodiodes should release 150mW heat in a circuit.
