Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 32V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. There is a possibility that photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. A reverse anode voltage of 32V should be applied to the photodiodes. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 150mW when photodiodes are used. With the reverse voltage of 32V, the photodiodes can operate properly. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 30nA current.
