In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-92 packages. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 150mW heat. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 85°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 32V. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 32V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 30nA current.
