R80C186XL25 Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in PLCC, making it easy to ship internationally. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. It is a MICROPROCESSOR in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. To date, there have been 68 terminations. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 5V voltage supply should be possible. There are 16 bits in its architecture. 25MHz is the frequency of the CPU. For information about 68 pins, please refer to the datasheet. This microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. There is a wide width of 16 on the external data bus of this CPU. Temperatures above 70°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 68 pins. With the Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in a wide range of applications. The top frequency of the CPU is expected to reach 25MHz. As of 5V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning. It is specified in the datasheet that this micro processor requires 5V power supplies. It is 5V on the CPU's core.
