R80C188XL25 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in PLCC. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. The type MICROPROCESSOR belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. To date, there have been 68 terminations. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. 16-Bit is its architecture. A 25MHz frequency is used by the CPU.
