This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package for optimized performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3V volts. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 2.25V to meet the operation requirements.
