RPMD-0100 Overview


Photodiodes are enclosed in Cut Tape (CT) to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, No Lead packages. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 60V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 60V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 500pA current.
