A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Cut Tape (CT) is indicated.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~13.2V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 15V.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.
