S-1004NA21I-M5T1U Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. In this PMIC, you can find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. In a 1.2V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The IC power that you are looking at comes from our well-known S-1004 series product line.
