S-1009C39I-N4T1U Overview
As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 4 in total. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. When 4.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In total, IC powers are 4 pins on the board. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known S-1009 series product line.
