S-1009N21I-N4T1U Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 4 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. Please find attached SC-82A, SOT-343 functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. There is a voltage supply of 2.7V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The total number of pins on this power management is 4. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. Located in the well-known S-1009 series product line, this IC management is a kind of this series.
