An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in 4-SMD, Flat Leads packages. A good performance can be achieved with magnetic switches that can deliver 11μA as the maximum current. A magnetic switch should only output 1mA current.
