S-80130ANMC-JCPT2U Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. In a 4.5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known S-801 series product line.
