Capsuled in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 1.8V~6V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. It can switch at 257.4kHz~1.134MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control.
