With its 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 1.8V~6V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 257.4kHz~1.134MHz.
