Capsuled in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. A 0.8V~6V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start.
