The switching controller fits in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package and is ideal for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 0.9V~10V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 250kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control.
