The switching controller fits in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package and is ideal for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 0.9V~10V. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. This switching controller can switch at 600kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
