In the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 2.7V~16V voltage are supplied and operated. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 300kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
