Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the embedded microprocessor's packaging in QFP. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 100. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. A 16-Bit architecture is used. There is 25MHz frequency set for the CPU. You can refer to the datasheets for the functions of 100 pins. The cpu microprocessor Microprocessors is typical. An external data bus width of 8 is available on this CPU. An environment with temperatures higher than 70°C should not be used for the CPU microprocessor.
