S80C188XL12 Overview
Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. A MICROPROCESSOR represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. In total, 80 terminations have been made. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. A 16-Bit architecture is used. There is 12MHz frequency set for the CPU. A maximum supply current of 5.5V is available. Datasheets specify that the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supplies. There is a maximum voltage you can supply to the CPU of 62.5mA. Be sure to check out the additional features of the microprocessor, including: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS. Hardware interrupts can be dealt with by terminating 5 external interrupts. For the DMA (Direct Memory Access) process, 2 channels are used.
