The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in PQFP. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. The type MICROPROCESSOR belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. A total of 80 terminations have been recorded. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 5V volts.
