The packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. There are 80 terminations totally. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 3.3V. An architecture based on 16 bits is used. CPUs operate with a frequency of 16MHz Hz.
