SD1420-002L Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in Metal packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 50V over a continuous period of time. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 50V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 75mW heat. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 125°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -55°C. ?In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 50V. Photodiodes should be operated with a breakdown voltage of 50V. It is possible for the photodiodes to supply 50V voltage when they are reverse-biased. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 5nA electrical current.
