SD3410-002 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46 packages. A photodiode has a pin number of 3. In a circuit, the photodiodes may release 150mW heat. It is recommended that photodiodes are operated at a temperature no higher than 125°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -55°C as a minimum operating temperature. Photodiodes should release 150mW heat in a circuit. A photodiode occurs even at 250nA current without light input.
