SD3410-003 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46 packages. There are 3 pins on the photodiodes. There is a possibility that photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. If photodiodes are to operate properly, their temperature should not exceed 125°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -55°C. In general, the maximum heat generated by photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 250nA current.
