SD3410-101 Overview
In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46 packages. As a rule of thumb, photodiodes should operate at a temperature no higher than 125°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -55°C. For a circuit, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 150mW.
