SFH 2200 FA Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to protect them from damage. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 20V voltage.
