Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 8V~40V volts and has 8V~40V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. This switching controller can switch at 450kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
