In order to save board space, the 42-VFLGA Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used. This RF transceiver's mounting method is Surface Mount.TxRx + MCU emerges with transceiver RF's high efficiency and reliability.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).42 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.The transceiver is mounted by Surface Mount.In order for this RF transceiver to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 900mV.Frequency 240MHz~960MHz is the basis of operation.
