SI1005-E-GM2R Overview

The 42-VFLGA Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used for saving board space. The RF transceiver's mounting method is Surface Mount. With transceiver RF's high efficiency, transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx + MCU.High reliability is achieved by using advanced transceiver RF' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).A transceiver RF circuit board with 42 pins is designed. The frequency of 240MHz~960MHz is used as the basis for RF transceivers operation.
