SI1020-A-GM Overview
RF transceiver IC's 85-VFLGA Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used to save board space. We are using Surface Mount as the RF transceiver's mounting method. As a result, it appears as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's a high efficiency and a high degree of reliability. In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray is used. With 85 pins, the transceiver RF circuit board is designed. As a result, RF transceiver operates on the basis of frequency 240MHz~960MHz.
