Board space is saved by RF transceiver IC's 85-VFLGA Exposed Pad package.RF transceiver's mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.When transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx + MCU, it performs extremely well and is highly reliable.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A voltage doesn't fall below 1.8V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this RF transceiver.On the basis of the frequency 240MHz~960MHz, RF transceiver operates .
