SI4133-D-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. A Clock PLL is included with the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 1.8GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels.
