SI5310-C-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. In the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
