SI5340A-A-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As a result of this, we can find 44 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 712.5MHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There are 1.71V~3.47V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 3V. Clock PLL is configured with 4 output. To fully perform its function, time clock generator requires a supply current of 98mA.
