SI5347A-B-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.47V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. A 64 pin is available on the PLL. Clock Generators-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY. The thermal destruction of an element may result from an excess of supply current (higher than 240mA).
