SI5348A-D-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 64 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz.
