SI5348B-D-GM Overview


It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
