SI5348B-D-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 350MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. A TELECOM CIRCUIT digital clock generator with hitless switching, holdover, and jittering features is presented.
