SI5351A-B-GM Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 20 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 2 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
