SI5351A-B02075-GT Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. In the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 2 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 200MHz is available. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as you provide 2.25V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C TA. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS, HCSL logic. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Generator. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that clock generator can handle. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 1 signal outputs. This time clock generator requires a supply current of 27mA in order to operate properly.
