SI5374B-A-BL Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 80-LBGA package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. 80 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. There are 4 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 808MHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~2.75V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
