SI5395P-A-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, 312.5MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
