SI8503-B-GM Overview
Current sensors are housed in 12-VFQFN packages to ensure their safety. A Tube is used to protect the current sensors against damage. Current sensors should supply no more than 7mA of current. If the current supplied by the current sensor is greater than 7mA, then the sensor should be faulty. There is a 12 termination on the current sensors. In this case, the current sensors were designed for 20A current. Current sensors have 12 pins. When the current sensors are in operation, they may produce a voltage of 5.5V. It is recommended that the minimum voltage supplied by current sensors be set to 2.7V. An electronic part with 12 pins is available.
