SI8511-C-IMR Overview


12-VFQFN packages are used for the safety protection of current sensors. It is designed to protect the current sensors from damage by packaging them in the Tape & Reel (TR). This current sensor should be able to provide a maximum current of 7mA. Current sensors should not provide more current than 7mA. This current sensor must function at temperatures greater than -40°C at all times. For the current sensors, the maximum operating temperature should be set to 125°C. The current sensor has 12 pins.
