SI8512-C-IM Overview
To ensure safety, current sensors are encapsulated in 12-VFQFN packages. A Tube package protects these current sensors from damage. These current sensors should provide a maximum current of 7mA. Current sensors should not supply current higher than 7mA. Sensors with 12 terminations are used for current measurement. The current for which the current sensors have been designed is 10A. There are 12 pins in this current sensor. During operation, the current sensors could supply 5.5V voltage. While operating, these current sensors are capable of supplying a voltage of 3V. Current sensors should supply 2.7V as the minimum voltage. A 12 pin electronic part is used in this product.
