SI8512-C-IMR Overview

In order to provide safety protection, the current sensors are packaged in 12-VFQFN packages. The devices are protected from damage by the Tape & Reel (TR) package. They should be capable of supplying a maximum current of 7mA. The current supplied by current sensors should not be higher than 7mA. To make these current sensors work, their operating temperature must not fall below -40°C. The current sensors should remain at 125°C for the maximum operating temperature. A current sensor like this has 12 pins.
